I bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze LS from them "AS IS," and during the test drive, there were no dashboard warning lights. However, after the engine completed a cycle post-purchase, the check engine light came on, and the car wouldn't shift gears on the highway. These guys are experts at hiding issues, so be cautious. Don't fall for their scam. They can't be trusted. Thanks for ripping me off, AYA's Auto.
I recently purchased a Toyota Highlander from Aya's Auto Sales. It is an amazing vehicle but more importantly, the service Ahmed provided was over the top amazing. Never have I ever gone to a dealership and experienced this level of service. He was very straightforward and honest with everything. The car is in amazing condition and drives very well. The price was the best compared to any other dealership and on top of that, he found me exactly what I wanted.There are other amazing cars in the lot and if anyone is looking for a great price and car, I highly recommend going to Aya's Auto Sales before anywhere else. I guarantee you will be met with excellent customer care service and you will be leaving there with a smile and a very good car.Lastly, Ahmed was very transparent with the price and no hidden fees or anything like you may experience elsewhere. 5 out of 5 is not a review I just hand out, rarely do I give such a high star and praise, but I give credit where it is due. I gave a $1500 deposit and did not purchase car and did not get the funds back.I later needed a letter from this dealership proving that I didn’t purchase the car as I had to prove this to my insurance. The dealership confirmed they would send me a letter and now they have ghosted myself, my insurance agent and the new dealership that I am working with. Thank goodness I am able to go to Service Ontario to get this letter, but they say they will do something and then they don’t.They are not very straight forward and in myopinion, are not a very trustworthy business.If you can go somewhere else, you should. Just be careful. I care about others and I don’t like seeing people lose money.
Amazing experience with Aya’s. Writing this review after getting my second car from them. First one was my beloved Subaru Crosstrek and the second Honda CRV which I got financed. Both experience was seamless and stress free.Muhammad and Ahmed both guided me with the processes involved with buying a car as I was still a newcomer to Canada. The only way to describe that is “Over And Beyond” service.I have become a regular customer of them now, even getting service from their Auto Shop which I also highly recommend!
